Tzvelevopyrethrum
Tzvelevopyrethrum is a genus of flowering plants in the daisy family (Asteraceae). It is native to Iran and Turkmenistan. The genus name honors Nikolai Tzvelev, a Russian botanist (1925–2015) who studied grasses and ferns. Tzvelevopyrethrum was first described in 1993 in Opred. Rast. Sred. Azii (Vol. 10, p. 635). It belongs to the subfamily Asteroideae and the tribe Anthemideae within Asteraceae.
