Two Johns, Maryland

Two Johns is an unincorporated community on Maryland’s Eastern Shore in Caroline County. It sits along Maryland Route 16. The name comes from John Stewart Crossy, an early resident who was a vaudeville actor and toured with John Hart and others as the “Two Johns” or the “Fat Men’s Club” during his peak fame. The village appears on an 1897 map of Caroline County. Location: about 38.8217°N, 75.8622°W.
