Trebnji Vrh is a tiny settlement in Slovenia, located in the Municipality of Semič. It lies in the hills south of Semič in the traditional region of Lower Carniola and is now part of the Southeast Slovenia Statistical Region. The village covers 0.31 square kilometers, sits at about 238 meters above sea level, and had 12 residents in 2002. Its German name is Trebenwerch.
