Tracie Howard
Tracie Howard is an African-American novelist from Atlanta, Georgia. Before writing, she worked at Xerox, Johnson & Johnson, and American Express. She co-authored Revenge Is Best Served Cold with Danita Carter, which led to a publishing deal with Penguin Putnam and several novels, including Talk of the Town (2002) and Success Is the Best Revenge (2004). Her first solo novel, Why Sleeping Dogs Lie, was published in 2003. Howard was featured in Turner Broadcasting's 2003 Trumpet Awards. She is also the curator and co-founder of Ethos, a wearable-art company.
