Tomball Memorial High School (TMHS) is a public high school in unincorporated Harris County, Texas, just south of Tomball and part of the Tomball Independent School District. The two-story campus sits near Northpointe Lane and Northpointe Boulevard. TMHS opened on August 12, 2011 after a 2007 bond, with a project cost of about $59.2 million. It started with grades 9–10 and added grades 11–12, with the first class graduating in 2014. The school has about 350,000 square feet of space and a capacity of around 2,200 students. The mascot is the Wildcat, and the school colors are navy and silver. The current principal is Jennifer Collier.

As of 2022–23, TMHS had 2,992 students and about 169 full-time teachers, for a student-teacher ratio of 17.66. The student body is diverse: 3 American Indian/Alaska Native, 343 Asian, 201 Black, 866 Hispanic, 1,445 White, and 134 from two or more races. About 832 students qualified for free or reduced-price lunch.

Academics and recognition: In 2018–2019, the Texas Education Agency gave TMHS an A grade with an overall score of 93/100. It earned high marks in Student Achievement (95) and School Progress (92) and a B in Closing the Gaps (89). The school received five distinction designations, including in Mathematics, English Language Arts/Reading, Social Studies, and two for top 25% academic growth and closing the gaps.

Athletics and activities: TMHS competes in UIL Class 6A, Region II, District 14. Its main athletic rival is Tomball High School. The Wildcats held their first homecoming game in 2014 against Waller, which TMHS lost 41–31. The basketball team reached its first playoff in 2014 and won the district title in 2014–2015 with a 24–10 overall record, advancing to the playoffs again by defeating Sharpstown High School. The boys’ soccer team made the state tournament in 2015 and finished third after a semifinal loss to Lufkin. The school’s band uniforms were designed to fit both genders and were planned to last seven years; in 2011 the district approved about $75,000 for the uniforms.
