Tom Parratt (born 2 March 1986) is a Scottish former professional footballer who played mainly as a full back or midfielder. He last played for the Wilmington Hammerheads in the USL Pro.

Parratt was born in Inverness, Scotland, and moved with his family to the United States at age three, growing up in Iowa City, Iowa. He played youth football for Iowa City Alliance, where his father Ian was Director of Coaching, and attended a US National U-14 training camp. At 15 he moved to England to join Birmingham City, signing a three-year academy deal and representing Scotland at under-19 level.

After leaving Birmingham in 2005, he returned to Scotland and joined Inverness Caledonian Thistle, making his debut as a substitute in the Scottish League Cup. He then played for Hamilton Academical (2006–2008, 46 league appearances), Queen of the South (2008–2009, 9), and Airdrie United (2009–2010, 14). In 2011 he moved to the United States to sign with Wilmington Hammerheads, where he made 120 league appearances and scored 4 goals, staying with the club until 2016 and being re-signed for 2012.

Internationally, Parratt earned four caps for Scotland U18 and 11 for Scotland U19, starting every U19 game in 2005.
