Thomas M. Fagan
Thomas M. Fagan (March 1882 – November 1931) was an American politician from Lusk, Wyoming. He served one term in the Wyoming House of Representatives, representing Niobrara County as a Democrat from 1925 to 1927 (the 18th Wyoming Legislature), serving alongside William Jack. In 1928 he was a delegate to the Democratic National Convention from Wyoming. He was married to Josephine Fagan, who also served in the Wyoming House of Representatives, representing Niobrara County from 1933 to 1935 (the 22nd Legislature). Fagan died at his home in Lusk in November 1931 at age 49. He was born in Monroe County, Iowa.
