Fodeba Isto Keira (born 4 June 1961 in Conakry) is a Guinean politician and cultural figure. He has served as Minister of Youth, Sports and Youth Employment (2008–2009), Minister of Arts and Culture (2009–2010), and since 2016 he has been the Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Historical Patrimony.

Education and early career
Keira grew up in Conakry. He attended Place des Martyrs primary school, earned his BEPC, and completed his Baccalauréat at Cégep Boulbinet. He studied philosophy at Donka, earning a philosophy diploma in 1986. He worked in Côte d’Ivoire in laboratory equipment companies Groupe ETEC and ABAQUE CI. After returning to Guinea, he worked for SONAG and then BONAGUI. From 1999 to 2007 he was General Director of the Guinean Agency of Spectacle (AGS), and later he served as Chief of Staff at the Guinean Public Relations Office (OGP).

Political and cultural roles
During Guinea’s 2008 transition, Captain Moussa Dadis Camara named him Minister of Youth, Sports and Youth Employment. In 2009 he became Minister of Arts and Culture in the government of Jean-Marie Doré under President Sékouba Konaté. In 2016 he was appointed as Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Historical Patrimony. Keira is also an international cultural consultant, festival producer (including FIVOFEM), and a producer for Djembe d’Or and SIMA. He is president of the Office for Export of African Music (BEMA). His first name honors Fodéba Keita, founder of Les Ballets Africains.
