The Girl from Hong Kong
The Girl from Hong Kong is a 1973 West German action movie directed by Jürgen Roland. It stars Joachim Fuchsberger, Li Paelz and Véronique Vendell. In German it’s titled Das Mädchen von Hongkong, and in the UK it was released as Circle of Fear. The story is based on a Herbert Reinecker novel, with a screenplay by Herbert Reinecker and Werner P. Zibaso. The film runs 94 minutes and is in German.
The Girl from Hong Kong was produced by Wolf C. Hartwig, Dieter Nobbe and Jacques Willemetz, with production companies Les Film and Rapid Film and distributed by Constantin Film. The sets were designed by Peter Rothe, the music is by Gerhard Narholz, and the cinematography is by Klaus Werner.
