Men's singles – Tennis at the 2003 Pan American Games: The event was held at Centro Nacional de Tenis in Santo Domingo from August 4 to 10. Fernando Meligeni of Brazil won the gold medal, defeating Marcelo Ríos of Chile in the final, 5–7, 7–6(8–6), 7–6(7–5). It was Meligeni's last career match. Bronze medals were awarded to both semifinalists.
