The 2019–20 National T20 Cup was Pakistan’s domestic Twenty20 cricket competition, held in Faisalabad, Punjab from 13 to 24 October 2019. It was the 16th season and took place during a break in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. Six teams competed—the same teams as in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy—with the top four after a round-robin advancing to the semi-finals.

Lahore Whites were the defending champions. The four teams to reach the knockouts were Northern, Balochistan, Southern Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In the semi-finals, Northern beat Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by three runs, and Balochistan beat Southern Punjab by three wickets. Northern then defeated Balochistan by 52 runs in the final to win the title, their first.

Mohammad Rizwan of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was named Player of the Tournament, scoring 215 runs and taking six wickets. The most runs were scored by Awais Zia (276), and the most wickets were taken by Sohail Tanvir (14).
