Taiwan Alliance to Promote Civil Partnership Rights (TAPCPR) is a Taiwanese nonprofit group that works to expand rights for same-sex couples. It campaigns for same-sex marriage, civil partnerships, adoption rights, and other freedoms. It was founded in 2009 by the Awakening Foundation, the Taiwan Tongzhi Hotline Association, and other LGBTQ+ groups.

TAPCPR has led a million-signature petition to legalize same-sex unions, proposed a draft bill to Taiwan’s Legislative Yuan, supported the Interior Ministry’s recognition of transgender marriages, and conducted polls showing about 50% support for same-sex marriage in Taiwan. The group endorsed Tsai Ing-wen in the 2012 presidential election.
