Refik Kozić (Serbian Cyrillic: Рефик Козић), born 25 December 1951 in Bačko Novo Selo, SR Serbia, is a retired Yugoslav footballer who played as a defender. He began his professional career with NK Istra in 1968, then spent eight seasons with FK Partizan in the Yugoslav First League, making 165 league appearances and scoring 11 goals.

In 1980 he moved to the Tampa Bay Rowdies of the NASL, where he played until 1983, recording 104 league appearances and 7 goals (and 1980–82 indoor: 31 appearances, 8 goals). He also spent the 1983–84 season indoors with the New York Cosmos (31 games, 6 goals). On 27 April 1984, the Cosmos traded Kozić back to the Rowdies for Pedro DeBrito, where he finished the 1984 season with 21 league appearances.

His son Alen Kozić also became a professional footballer.
