The Women’s 1500 metre freestyle at the 2019 African Games was held on 21 August at the Mohammed V Sports Complex – Olympic Pool. Six swimmers from four countries competed. Hania Moro of Egypt won the race in 17:06.71. Samantha Randle and Carla Antonopoulos, both from South Africa, won silver and bronze. The final started at 17:00.
