Lil Supa
Lil Supa, born Marlon Luis Morales Santana on July 8, 1985, in Caracas, Venezuela, is a rapper, composer and street artist. He has used many stage names, including Lou Fresco, NEØN, Marc Ginale, Mista Uanteik, Little Zoo and Madzilla. He grew up in Maracay and began in hip-hop as a breakdancer and graffiti artist in the late 1990s. He helped start the Supremacy Hip Hop Clan and VinilH Records, and worked with groups like Bas.y.Co and FUNDaMENTORS.
In 2009 he performed in Colombia with the Madzilla project. He contributed to Canserbero’s Vida (2010) and to Apcache’s Original Combination (2014). His 2017 album Serio brought wider recognition, followed by a European tour that included a show at Hip Hop Al Parque Festival in Colombia. In 2020 he released NEON, recorded in Caracas on his cellphone, and Funky Fresco with Akapellah; he also contributed to Apache’s album. In 2023 he wrote the Venezuelan national team song, “La Vinotinto,” with Akapellah—“Nunca menos.” In January 2024 Rolling Stone ranked him 17th among the 50 greatest Spanish-language rappers. He then started the Otra Vez Tour across Colombia, Spain, Chile and Argentina. He received a Latin Grammy nomination in 2024 for Best Rap/Hip Hop Song for "La sabia escuela."
