Supreme Court Economic Review
Supreme Court Economic Review was a quarterly academic journal that explored how economics intersects with the work of the U.S. Supreme Court. Published in English from 1975 to 2020, it featured articles that examined the economic reasoning behind Supreme Court decisions and the economic consequences of those rulings. The journal was published by the University of Chicago Press for the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University and was produced in conjunction with the Law and Economics Center at GMU Law School. It brought together scholars from law and economics to analyze the Court’s decisions using economic theory and empirical methods.
