Sturmia bella is a species of fly in the Tachinidae family. Its larvae are parasitoids, meaning they grow inside and eventually kill their hosts. They can parasitize more than twenty species of moths and butterflies, including Parantica sita. The species has been described under many different scientific names in the past.

Sturmia bella is found in many parts of Europe and Asia, including the British Isles, and countries such as France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Japan, China, and Turkey.
