Diana Zagainova (born June 20, 1997, in Vilnius, Lithuania) is a Lithuanian triple jumper who has competed at many big events, including the 2024 Olympic Games.

She won the Lithuanian Indoor Athletics Championships triple jump title in 2019 with 13.97 metres. She then took part in the 2019 European Athletics Indoor Championships in Glasgow, but did not reach the final. On June 30, 2019, in La Chaux-de-Fonds, she set a new Lithuanian record with 14.43 metres, improving her personal best by 30 centimetres and surpassing the previous national record set just 12 days earlier.

In July 2019 she jumped 13.82 metres to win gold at the European Athletics U23 Championships in Gävle, Sweden. She again won the Lithuanian Indoor Championships in 2021 with a best of 13.68 metres. At the 2023 European Athletics Indoor Championships in Istanbul, she finished 14th in the qualifying round with 13.37 metres, not reaching the final.

Zagainova won a silver medal in the triple jump at the delayed 2021 Summer World University Games in Chengdu (held in August 2023) with a best jump of 14.02 metres. She competed in the triple jump at the 2024 Paris Olympics, recording 12.86 metres and not qualifying for the final. She was selected for the 2025 European Athletics Indoor Championships in Appeldoorn, Netherlands, finishing 14th in the qualifying round with 13.42 metres and not advancing to the final.
