Stigmella celtifoliella is a small moth from the Nepticulidae family. It was described by Vári in 1955 and lives in South Africa, including Transvaal (Pretoria) and the Zoutpansberg region. Adults are active in January and April. The larvae feed on Celtis africana and probably mine the leaves of this tree.
