Stanhopea reichenbachiana
Stanhopea reichenbachiana is an orchid that grows in western Colombia and Ecuador. It belongs to the orchid family (Orchidaceae) and the Stanhopea genus. The species is named in honor of botanists Philip Henry Stanhope, 4th Earl Stanhope, and Heinrich Gustav Reichenbach. Its scientific name is Stanhopea reichenbachiana, and it has been called Stanhopea lowii in the past.
