St. Peter's Dome is a granite-topped peak on the Pikes Peak massif in Pike National Forest, Colorado. It rises to 9,528 feet (2,904 meters) and is located in El Paso County, just north of Colorado Springs, about 8 miles away along Old Stage and Gold Camp Roads.

The nearby St. Peter's Dome mining district, also called the Cheyenne District, has been active since 1910. In the early 1900s, trains on the Cripple Creek to Colorado Springs route stopped here, and visitors enjoyed picnicking, hiking, and camping.

You can reach the summit by a 2-mile trail that climbs about 400 feet. The trail starts near the parking area by the St. Peter's Dome Shooting Range and heads northwest. A short stretch requires a knotted rope to climb about 10 feet. From the ledge, the trail continues to the top, where you can see Colorado Springs and Cheyenne Mountain. The hike is not recommended for small children or dogs. Nearby rock climbing is possible on formations like the Aiguille de St. Peter.

The district includes mines such as Timberline, Mattie B., Eureka, and Duffields fluorspar, and has produced fluorite, gold, silver, lead, and zinc. Mining began in 1910, with ownership changes over the years.
