Randolph Channing Crowder Jr. (born December 2, 1983) is a former American football linebacker who played six seasons for the Miami Dolphins in the NFL. He played college football for the Florida Gators, earning first-team All-American honors in 2004. Crowder was drafted by the Dolphins in the third round of the 2005 NFL Draft and spent his entire pro career in Miami. He finished with 470 tackles, 2.5 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, 3 fumble recoveries and 1 interception.

Crowder grew up in State College, Pennsylvania, the son of former NFL defensive lineman Randy Crowder. He attended North Springs High School in Sandy Springs, Georgia, where he was a standout linebacker and earned national All-America recognition. At Florida, he played from 2003–2004, starting many games as a freshman in 2003 and serving as a team captain in 2004.

After football, Crowder moved into broadcasting. He co-hosts Hochman, Crowder & Solana on FM 104.3 WQAM and also co-hosts The Pivot with Fred Taylor and Ryan Clark. He has been a panelist on Inside the NFL since 2023. Crowder is married to Aja and has appeared on VH1’s Baller Wives. He has discussed several personal moments publicly, including controversial remarks about London in 2007 and a car crash in 2008. He briefly retired from the NFL in 2011, attempted a comeback in 2012, and has since built a media career.
