Sphenomorphus alfredi is a species of skink, a type of lizard. It is found only in Malaysia, around Mount Kinabalu in Sabah and on the island of Borneo. The name alfredi honors British naturalist Alfred Hart Everett. This skink mainly lives in forests, usually in low hills. Its conservation status is Data Deficient, meaning there isn’t enough information to judge its risk of extinction. How it reproduces is not known yet. It has also been called Lygosoma alfredi.
