- U.S. Route 85 Business — Platteville, Colorado: A short spur in Weld County from Weld County Road 28 to US 85 in Platteville.
- U.S. Route 85 Business — Greeley, Colorado: Runs from Evans into Greeley, joining 23rd Street and 8th Avenue to reach US 85 on the city edge.
- U.S. Route 85 Business — Torrington, Wyoming: Runs through the southern business area of Torrington after US 85 was realigned.
- U.S. Route 85 Truck — Lead–Deadwood, South Dakota: A truck route that runs with US 14 Alternate through downtown areas.
