Mana Ohyama (born 7 December 1992) is a Japanese handball player. She plays as a centre back for Hokkoku Bank and the Japan national team. She is 1.65 meters tall. For Japan, she has 39 appearances and 93 goals. She competed in the 2017 World Women's Handball Championship and won a medal at the 2018 Asian Championship.
