Oran Herbert "Skinny" O'Neal (May 2, 1899 – June 2, 1981) was an American Major League Baseball pitcher who played for the Philadelphia Phillies in 1925 and 1927. He was born in Gatewood, Missouri, and batted and threw right-handed. O'Neal made his MLB debut on April 18, 1925, and played his last game on May 27, 1927. His career MLB record was 0–0 with a 9.24 ERA and 8 strikeouts. In April 1936, he was hired as the manager of the Seminole Oilers. He died in Springfield, Missouri, at age 82.
