Siate Tokolahi is a Tongan rugby union player who plays as a prop. He was born on March 16, 1992, in Nukualofa, Tonga. He moved to New Zealand on a Sean Fitzpatrick scholarship to study at Sacred Heart College, then switched to St. Bede’s College in Christchurch in 2009, which let him play for Canterbury’s youth teams. He later joined Canterbury’s academy in 2012 and the Crusaders Knights development squad in 2013, while playing club rugby for Belfast.

Tokolahi began his provincial career with Canterbury in 2014. He is capable of playing both loosehead and tighthead prop and made 7 appearances that first season. In 2015 Canterbury won the Mitre 10 Cup Premiership, with Tokolahi featuring in most games. In 2016 he became a regular starter as Canterbury defended their Premiership title.

He joined the Chiefs for the 2015 season and played there through 2016, often coming off the bench as the team reached the Super Rugby semi-finals in both years. In 2017 he moved to the Highlanders in Dunedin to seek more starting opportunities. He played for the Highlanders from 2017 to 2021, making 66 appearances and scoring 15 points. In 2020 he also played for Southland, adding 9 appearances.

As of June 2023, Tokolahi has accumulated about 54 provincial appearances for Canterbury, 28 for the Chiefs, 66 for the Highlanders, and 9 for Southland.
