Sebastián de Salamanca (died 1526) was a Roman Catholic bishop who led the Diocese of Santiago de Cuba from 1525 to 1526. He was appointed bishop in 1525 during the papacy of Pope Clement VII and served until his death in 1526. His predecessor was Juan de Witte Hoos and his successor was Miguel Ramírez de Salamanca. He died in Santiago de Cuba.
