Samuel Nii Ayi Mankattah was a Ghanaian politician who served as the Member of Parliament for the Odododiodio constituency. He held the seat from January 2001 to January 2005 and was re-elected in 2004 to serve again from January 2005 until his death on 5 July 2005. He belonged to the National Democratic Congress (NDC). In the 2004 election, he defeated the incumbent New Patriotic Party MP Reginald Nii Bi Ayibonte, winning 35,634 votes (52.4%) out of 67,994 valid votes. Reginald Nii Bi Ayibonte received 31,546 votes (46.4%), and Isaac Nii Annan M Offei of the CPP won 814 votes (1.2%). The Odododiodio seat was one of 11 seats won by the NDC in the Greater Accra Region, contributing to the party's 94 seats nationwide. Mankattah was born in Accra, was a Christian, and passed away on 5 July 2005, leaving the seat vacant.
