Blaignan-Prignac is a small commune in southwestern France, in the Gironde department of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. It covers about 114 square kilometers and has around 450 residents (2023). The commune was created on January 1, 2019 by joining Blaignan (the seat) and Prignac-en-Médoc. The mayor for 2020–2026 is Alexandre Pierrard. It is part of the Lesparre-Médoc arrondissement and the Le Nord-Médoc canton, within the Médoc Cœur de Presqu'île intercommunality. Elevation ranges from 7 to 34 meters above sea level.
