Saïd Allik, born April 24, 1948, in Birkhadem, Algeria, is a former footballer who played as a defender for Hydra AC, USM Alger, and USM El Harrach. He later became a trainer and then the long-time president of USM Alger.

In 1994, Allik became chairman of USM Alger. He steered the club back to the top division in 1995, and the team soon won a major trophy, the club’s second in its history. He also signed players from JS Kabylie, which created strong rivalries with some figures in Algerian football.

The late 1990s saw notable controversies, including a disputed Algerian Cup semi-final in 1998–99 over where the match should be played, and a 2000–01 semi-final replay at a neutral venue after a field invasion. From 2005 to 2010, USM Alger’s performance declined. Some blamed this period on political tensions linked to Allik’s support for a rival presidential candidate.

In 2010, Algerian football began professionalizing, and USM Alger was bought by businessman Ali Haddad. Allik left the club’s presidency after 16 years. He later held other roles, including serving as sporting director of CR Belouizdad in 2018 under MADAR Holding, where he helped stabilize the club but drew criticism from USM Alger supporters who viewed his involvement as interference.

In the 2023–24 period, Allik was involved in legal disputes related to USM Alger’s logos and the club’s ownership structure with the amateur club CSA. In September 2024, Djabrouni Fouad was elected president of CSA/USMA. In 2025, Allik participated in government meetings about the club’s future, and on July 17, 2025, he was appointed Sporting General Manager of USM Alger, giving him full authority over recruitment as part of a plan to rebuild the club.
