Whitney Hubbs (born 1977) is an American photographer who grew up in Los Angeles. She earned a degree in photography from California College of the Arts in 2005 and completed an MFA at UCLA in 2009. She is the associate director of Light Work in Syracuse, New York.

Her work is held in major collections, including the J. Paul Getty Museum and the UCR/California Museum of Photography.

Notable projects include the series Body Doubles, where she photographed women in various states of undress with their faces hidden by bold papers and fabrics, in poses that challenge conventional nude photography. The work aims to show women through her own perspective and counter the male gaze. Her book Say So (2021) features self-portraits that some describe as provocative, but many readers see as exploring universal emotional struggles rather than titillation.
