SM City La Union
SM City La Union is a shopping mall in San Fernando, La Union, Philippines, owned and managed by SM Prime Holdings. It sits along Diversion Road in Barangay Biday.
The mall opened on October 17, 2025. It is the fifth SM Supermall in the Ilocos Region and the second largest there, the first SM mall in La Union, and the 89th SM mall in the Philippines.
It covers about 59,000 square metres of floor space (roughly 640,000 square feet), with 61,000 square metres of retail space and a total gross floor area of 112,000 square metres. The complex has four floors plus a roof deck and parking for about 1,104 vehicles.
Designed as a new lifestyle landmark with a local surfer vibe, the mall features LED stairs that resemble surfing. It also includes a 1,348-square-metre outdoor sandbox for sports events, mini concerts, and other community activities.
