Ryszard Wcisło, known as "Chytry Jastrząb" ("Sly Hawk"), (8 April 1933 – 24 October 2015) was a Polish scout leader. He worked in the Kraków branch of the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association. He was active in KIHAM (Krąg Instruktorów Harcerskich im. Andrzeja Małkowskiego) and in ZHP-1918 (Związek Harcerstwa Polskiego, founded in 1918). Later, he also worked with the Scouting Association of the Republic.
