Russ Hatton

Russ Hatton (George Russell Hatton), 1932–2012, was a suffragan bishop in the Diocese of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, Canada. He studied at the University of King's College. After serving as a curate at All Saints Cathedral, Halifax, he was the chaplain at Dalhousie University. He then served as the incumbent at Lantz and later directed the University Episcopal Centre in Minneapolis. From 1972 to 1977, he was the National Affairs Officer for the Anglican Church of Canada, and he later became President of the Atlantic School of Theology in Halifax. He died on January 14, 2012.
