Muangthong United's 2010 season was their second in the Thai Premier League. The team, led by manager René Desaeyere and chaired by Pongsak Phol-Anan, played home games at Yamaha Stadium. They won the Thai Premier League title, were runners-up in the Thai FA Cup, and won the Kor Royal Cup. They reached the third round of the Thai League Cup. In Asia, they competed in the AFC Champions League playoff stage and advanced to the semi-finals of the 2010 AFC Cup. The club's top scorer was Dagno Siaka with 15 goals.
