Rube Lutzke (November 17, 1897 – March 6, 1938) was an American baseball player who played third base for the Cleveland Indians from 1923 to 1927. He batted and threw right-handed. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Lutzke died in Granville, Wisconsin, at age 40.

In five major league seasons, he played 572 games, hit .249 with 468 hits in 1,876 at-bats, scored 216 runs, and had 222 RBIs and 179 walks. He finished his career with a .947 fielding percentage.

A notable early-career incident involved a dare: he bet he could slide down a rope from a fifth-floor hotel room, won the bet but burned his hands and was temporarily unable to play, after which the team sent him to the minor leagues.
