Roy M. Ehrlich (December 6, 1928 – November 28, 1997) was an American Republican politician from Kansas. Born in Hoisington, Kansas, he worked as a farmer and rancher. Ehrlich served in the Kansas House of Representatives from 1971 to 1980, first representing the 109th district and then the 112th district after redistricting. He then served in the Kansas State Senate for the 35th district from 1981 to 1992. He was married to Lila Jean Ochs since 1950 and lived in Hoisington. Ehrlich died in Wichita in 1997. His Senate seat was later filled by Don Steffes.
