Cosmopolite is a jazz studio album by American saxophonist Benny Carter, released in 1956 on Norgran Records. It was recorded in Los Angeles at Radio Recorders across three sessions: December 4, 1952; December 31, 1953; and January 4, 1954, produced by Norman Granz. Some tracks were previously issued on the 10-inch LP The Urbane Mr. Carter.

AllMusic gave Cosmopolite 3 stars, noting that Carter shines in two settings: side one features ballads with a string section, while side two teams him with the Oscar Peterson Trio and drummer J. C. Heard. Tracks 1–6 and 11–12 are included on the original The Urbane Mr. Carter 10" album.
