Rosalina Anastasia Santoro Estrada (born July 30, 2002) is a forward who has played college soccer in the United States and has appeared for national teams in the Caribbean and South America. Born in Pembroke Pines, Florida, she is 1.68 m tall. She played youth soccer with Sunrise Soccer Club and West Broward Bobcats, attended West Broward High School, and played for the Alcorn State Lady Braves in 2020–2021, appearing in 27 games and scoring 4 goals.

Santoro made her senior international debut for the Dominican Republic on February 18, 2021, as a late substitute in a 1–1 friendly draw with Puerto Rico. Later in 2021, she was involved with Ecuador’s under-20 national team. She was born to a Dominican father of Italian descent and an Ecuadorian mother.
