Alsophila glaucifolia is a tree fern that is native to Réunion Island. It’s also called Cyathea glauca. The plant grows in high-altitude areas near the village of La Plaine des Palmistes, at about 1,300–2,000 meters (4,300–6,600 feet) above sea level. It is one of three tree fern species that are indigenous to Réunion. Not much else is known about this species.
