Rives-en-Seine is a commune in northern France, in the Normandy region within the Seine-Maritime department. It was formed on January 1, 2016, by merging the former communes of Caudebec-en-Caux, Saint-Wandrille-Rançon, and Villequier. The commune covers about 134 square kilometers and had a population of around 4,002 in 2023, giving a density of roughly 117 people per square kilometer. It belongs to the Rouen arrondissement, the Port-Jérôme-sur-Seine canton, and the Caux Seine Agglo intercommunality. The mayor for 2020–2026 is Bastien Coriton. The INSEE code is 76164 and the postal code is 76490.
