NOCCO
NOCCO, short for No Carbs Company, is a Swedish caffeinated energy drink made by Vitamin Well Group. It is sugar‑free and low in calories, and it contains caffeine, BCAAs, B vitamins, and carbonated water. The exact mix varies by product, but a typical drink has about 55 mg of caffeine per 100 mL, higher than many other energy drinks. Introduced in December 2014, NOCCO is sold in about 24 countries across three continents (as of January 2026). BCAAs are added to support muscle recovery, but the amount is unlikely to noticeably boost muscle growth on its own. Like other high‑caffeine drinks, it should be enjoyed in moderation and is not recommended for children, teens, or pregnant or breastfeeding people. Too much caffeine can cause insomnia, nervousness, nausea, a fast heart rate, or palpitations, and may exceed the recommended daily limit of 400 mg for healthy adults. Because it is sugar‑free, NOCCO uses artificial sweeteners such as sucralose, whose long‑term health effects are still studied.
