Riverview, San Bernardino
Riverview, also known as North Loma Linda, is a neighborhood in San Bernardino, California. It has about 5,540 residents (2024) and sits in the city’s 3rd ward. The area is bordered by Tippecanoe Avenue to the west, Mountain Avenue to the east, the I-10 freeway to the south, and the Santa Ana River to the north. Its main street, Tippecanoe Avenue, runs through the Hospitality Lane District.
Education: Victoria Elementary School serves Riverview. The school is in the Redlands Unified School District, and most Riverview students attend Redlands USD, unlike many nearby neighborhoods that are in the San Bernardino City Unified School District.
Transit: The neighborhood is served by Omnitrans buses. The sbX green line has a stop near Riverview at Tippecanoe Avenue and Hospitality Lane. Metrolink’s Arrow line has a station on the border with the Hospitality Lane District at Tippecanoe Avenue. San Bernardino International Airport lies just north of the area.
