River Park (Bratislava)
River Park is a large mixed-use complex on the Danube in Bratislava. It covers about 32,000 square meters and has 200 luxury flats and apartments, a 5-star Kempinski hotel, many restaurants and shops, and a green area with trees and a promenade.
It sits on the left bank of the Danube, between Park kultúry a oddychu and the SNP Bridge. Its central location makes it easy to reach from all parts of the city, and the city transport network connects it to Vienna, Budapest, Prague, and other places.
The complex has four blocks. The underground levels have three floors with over 1,100 parking spaces, 400 of which are reserved for River Park residents.
Block 1 is on the western side and contains flats, shops, and administration offices.
River House is the main feature. It rises beyond the promenade and ends above river level. Inside are apartments, and the northern part houses administration offices.
Grand Hotel River Park is L-shaped and forms a square with River House. The 5-star hotel offers accommodation, conference halls, a restaurant, bars, and recreation facilities such as pools, a fitness center, and wellness.
Block 4 is the largest block on the eastern side and closest to the city center. It has flats with windows facing the Danube and offices to the north. The ground floor houses public utilities and services.
All flats are in the southern part of the complex. Flat sizes range from about 70 m² to 535 m², and each apartment has a balcony or loggia. Every apartment comes with broadband internet and cable TV. There are also other services available.
