Reece Harry Johnson (born 31 January 2006) is an English footballer who plays as a left-back for Sheffield Wednesday in the EFL Championship. He signed his first professional contract with Wednesday on 3 July 2024 and joined the first team for the 2025–26 season.

He made his professional debut on 13 August 2025 in the EFL Cup against Bolton Wanderers, playing 90 minutes and scoring Wednesday’s third goal in a 3–3 draw before winning on penalties. His league debut came three days later as a substitute against Stoke City. In September 2025, manager Henrik Pedersen moved him into the first-team dressing room alongside Ernie Weaver, Jarvis Thornton and Logan Stretch.

In the next game, a match with Grimsby Town, he sustained a foot injury that required stitches and kept him out for 2–3 weeks. He made his first league start on 20 January 2026, playing the full 90 minutes against Birmingham City.
