Red Rock Correctional Center
Red Rock Correctional Facility is a medium-security prison for men in Eloy, Pinal County, Arizona. It is privately owned and operated by Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) under contract with the Arizona Department of Corrections. The facility opened in December 2006 and can hold about 1,596 inmates. It is currently open and located at 1750 E Arica Road. Red Rock is adjacent to three other CCA prisons: Eloy Detention Center, La Palma Correctional Facility, and Saguaro Correctional Center. In the past, it housed inmates from California, Alaska, Hawaii, and detainees of the U.S. Marshals Service.
