Raymond Samuel Ratzlaff (April 10, 1931 – February 1, 2019) was an Alberta politician. He served as a member of the Legislative Assembly from 1967 to 1971 for the Three Hills district as part of the Social Credit party. In May 1969, Premier Harry Strom appointed him Minister of Industry and Tourism, a role he held until 1971. Ratzlaff won the 1967 election with more than half the vote, defeating three opponents. In the 1971 election he was defeated by Allan Warrack of the Progressive Conservative party by eight votes. He was born in Linden, Alberta, and died in 2019 at age 87.
