Rakesh Shukla (politician)
Rakesh Shukla is an Indian politician from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He is the Cabinet Minister for New and Renewable Energy in the Madhya Pradesh government and an MLA from Mehgaon. He took office as Renewable Energy Minister on 25 December 2023, in a cabinet led by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, succeeding Hardeep Singh Dang. He has been elected as the Mehgaon MLA in several terms, including 1998–2003, 2008–2013, and starting again in 2023.
