Q'umirqucha (Q'umir Qucha)
Q'umirqucha (Q'umir Qucha) is a lake in the Cusco Region of Peru. The name comes from Quechua, where q'umir means green and qucha means lake, so it translates to "green lake" (also written Jomercocha).
It is located in Quispicanchi Province, Marcapata District, at about 4,550 meters above sea level. The lake is roughly 0.54 km long and 0.36 km wide. Q'umirqucha lies southeast of the mountain Wisk'achani and the larger lake Warusqucha, and northeast of the village named Q'umir Qucha (Ccomer Cocha). Coordinates are about 13°39′16″S 70°44′29″W.
